Hi,
My friend and I live in Muskegon and attended your fun sale September 25 (you told me about this event when I visited your shop in July). We plan to shop at your event in November.
I purchased a wonderful pillow and thought it was black/beige.
When I got home I was disappointed to find it was blue. My friend also purchased a pillow thinking it was black/beige.
We don't want a refund but wondered what you policy is for an exchange?
Again, we can't be in Howard City until your event in November.
Please respond....we really love your shop.

I visited your shop Thurs. with Phyllis, Rosie and Jeanne. What a wonderful shop. We could have spent more time there was so much to see. Hope you had fun in Traverse City.
